Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to AI portrait background removal, professional photo presets, digital-human tools, AI-assisted product-detail content, apparel visualisation, original campaign variants and related monthly software access ordered through Nexcybe Portrait AI.
2. Order and scope confirmation
An online order reserves the selected monthly subscription. Access starts only after we confirm the plan, monthly credits, customer contact, service period and responsible-use requirements.
3. Fixed-term plans
Each monthly plan ends at the end of its stated service period. Unused credits expire and do not roll over. Automatic renewal is disabled at launch; a new period requires a fresh customer instruction and payment until approved subscription controls are active.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide lawful, accurate product information and use only portraits, garments, product images, brand assets and reference material they own or are authorised to process. The customer must obtain consent from every identifiable person and must not upload identity cards, passport scans, confidential documents, unlawful material or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Prohibited identity-document alteration
The service does not modify or reproduce government identity documents. Customers must not request changes to a person’s identity or to official names, numbers, dates, photographs, seals, signatures, barcodes or security features. We may refuse or suspend a request that appears deceptive, unlawful or non-consensual.
6. Product claims and creative rights
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and substantiation of product claims. Platform-ready content does not guarantee marketplace approval. We do not provide exact copies of third-party advertisements, logos, protected product designs or other creative work.
7. Delivery and acceptance
Delivery follows the monthly credits and service boundaries described on the plan page and activation confirmation. A customer should report a material non-conformity within five business days so that it can be reviewed against the plan and usage record.
8. Third-party services
Domain, cloud, advertising, payment gateway and other third-party fees are excluded unless the service page expressly includes them. Third-party approval is controlled by that provider and is not guaranteed by us.
9. Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how remain with their original owner. Customer-specific deliverables and licence rights are defined in the written scope or proposal.
10. Payments
Prices are in Indian rupees. Online payment will be enabled only after payment-service-provider approval. We do not collect card PINs, UPI PINs or one-time passwords.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy and depend on whether account activation or image processing has begun.
