Order review
We review a paid order within two business days. The review confirms the selected plan, authorised contacts, customer dependencies and whether a separate proposal is required.
Onboarding
Subscription onboarding begins after plan and scope confirmation. Customers receive the workspace access or assisted-processing instructions required for the selected monthly plan.
Delivery method
Software access, processed images and support are delivered electronically. No physical shipping applies to the products on this website.
Milestones
Monthly plans use the credit limits and support boundaries stated on the product page. Credits expire at the end of the service period and do not roll over. Digital-human and apparel visualisation may require rights and consent confirmation before activation. Product-detail and campaign work begins only after required product facts, authorised assets and creative instructions are received.
Acceptance
Customers should review each milestone promptly and report a material difference from the agreed scope within five business days.
