Information we collect
We collect account, contact, billing, order, subscription, support and technical information needed to provide the requested service. When a customer activates an image-processing feature, we also process the portrait, garment, product, brand and reference images and instructions the customer chooses to submit.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, verify orders, deliver services, issue invoices, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
Portrait and digital-human data
Customers must upload only images they own or are authorised to process and must obtain consent from every identifiable person. Do not upload identity cards, passport scans, confidential documents or payment credentials. Portrait files are used only to deliver the requested processing, support, abuse prevention and legal compliance.
Source images and generated working files are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the relevant service period ends, unless the customer requests earlier deletion or a longer period is required for an unresolved support, fraud, dispute or legal matter. Customers should download required results before the service period ends.
Customers must not submit confidential marketplace credentials, unpublished third-party data or content they do not have the right to use. Apparel and digital-human processing requires consent from every identifiable person.
Payment data
Approved payment providers process payment credentials. We receive transaction status and reference information but do not request card PINs, CVV by email, UPI PINs or one-time passwords.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers required for hosting, communication, accounting, security and payment processing, or where required by law. Records are retained only for operational, contractual, tax, dispute and legal needs.
